Annual survey
Every year we invite travelers to participate in this annual survey so STIB can understand its customers’ needs and expectations and find out what they appreciate about STIB’s services and what needs to be improved. This survey enables STIB to understand which features and service levels need to be improved and adapted, in order to meet the expectations and needs of its customers.
The independent research agency Ipsos is carrying out this survey on behalf of the Region of Brussels Capital in partnership with STIB.
