An international survey concerning the quality of the bus- , tram- and metro services has been launched by the university “Imperial College London”.
Several major cities wish to evaluate their services by participating in this survey and think of ways to improve their services. The STIB has been a partner in this research for several years.

This survey gives you the opportunity to share your opinion about your experiences with the service in Brussels public transport: punctuality, accessibility of vehicles, travel comfort, staff... It will allow “Imperial College London” to analyse the differences between the participating cities and how the services evolve.
