Travel courtesy is everybody's business

WHO ARE WE?

Living and experiencing public transport

Friendliness in public transport is everybody’s business. All day, every day. This is why our travellers are regularly reminded of the rules of courtesy through a campaign aiming at mutual respect.

The campaign themes vary each year. As our target, our travellers provide the best insights on the matter. This is why we often draw inspiration from your suggestions. Consequently, we added two new guidelines besides offering your seat and letting travellers alight before boarding a vehicle: remove your backpack at peak times and moderate the volume of your music and phone calls. This does not take away from our other guidelines, such as not eating or drinking in our vehicles or spreading evenly in the vehicles to free up the passage near the doors. To read all our guidelines, go to the Traveller’s guide.
