Temporary bus line 90: improved service in rue Théodore Verhaegen/Théodore Verhaegenstraat

Since 29 June, due to works at Barrière de Saint-Gilles/Bareel van Sint-Gillis, the temporary bus line 96 is diverted via Porte de Hal/Hallepoort. This means that rue Théodore Verhaegen/Théodore Verhaegenstraat is no longer served by our lines and that the walking distance to the nearest stops is longer.
To serve the Guillaume Tell/Willem Tell and Bethléem/Bethlehem stops, a temporary bus line 90 is operated from Wednesday 22 July to Friday 28 August.
Temporary bus line 90
This line, that runs in a loop, with the same starting and ending point, serves the following stops from Monday to Friday, every 20 minutes from 7 am to 7 pm:
- Gare du Midi/Zuidstation: terminus of bus 96 (rue Couverte/Overdekte Straat)
- Porte de Hal/Hallepoort: stop of bus 50 to Lot Station (avenue de la Porte de Hal/Hallepoortlaan 5)
- Andenne: chaussée de Forest/Vorstse Steenweg, at the intersection with rue Vlogaert/Vlogaertstraat
- Barrière/Bareel: rue du Fort/Fortstraat 51
- Guillaume Tell/Willem Tell: stop of tram 81 to Marius Renard, rue Théodore Verhaegen/Théodore Verhaegenstraat 79
- Bethléem/Bethlehem: stop of tram 81 to Marius Renard, rue Théodore Verhaegen/Théodore Verhaegenstraat 135
- Avenue du Roi/Koningslaan: stop of tram 81 to Marius Renard, rue Théodore Verhaegen/Théodore Verhaegenstraat 215
- Suède/Zweden: stop of bus 49 to Gare du Midi/Zuidstation: avenue Fonsny/Fonsnylaan 40
- Gare du Midi/Zuidstation: terminus of bus 96 (rue Couverte/Overdekte Straat)
Smaller buses run on this line. Please give priority to passengers who need to use this line.
As from Saturday 29 August, bus 96 runs again via rue Théodore Verhaegen/Théodore Verhaegenstraat.
