Works

The refurbishment works at Barrière de Saint-Gilles/Bareel van Sint-Gillis and on avenue du Parc/Parklaan are still ongoing. More info on these works by clicking on this link.

As from Saturday 29 August, avenue du Parc/Parklaan is closed to road traffic and the intersection between Barrière de Saint-Gilles/Bareel van Sint-Gillis and rue Théodore Verhaegen/Théodore Verhaegenstraat is open again.

This new configuration has consequences for bus lines 50, N12 and temporary bus line 96.

Bus 50, N12

Buses are diverted between the Rochefort and Barrière/Bareel stops via avenue du Roi/Koningslaan and rue Théodore Verhaegen/Theodore Verhaegenstraat.

The Barrière/Bareel stop direction Gare Centrale/Centraal Station is moved to rue Théodore Verhaegen/Theodore Verhaegenstraat nr. 6. The Combaz stop is not served.

The Laîné, Mont Kemmel/Kemmmelberg and Albert stops are still served by bus 37 and 48. Lombardie/Lombardije stop is not served anymore.

The diverted buses serve the following stops:

Buses operate again between Gare du Midi/Zuidstation and Barrière/Bareel via rue Théodore Verhaegen/Theodore Verhaegenstraat.

Stops Porte de Hal/Hallepoort and Parvis de Saint-Gilles/Sint-Gillisvoorplein are still served by bus 50.
