The STIB/MIVB customers' satisfaction remains stable.

The STIB/MIVB customers' satisfaction remains stable. As in 2016, STIB/MIVB obtained an average score of 7.1/10. This is the highest score ever achieved. Three out of four customers who participated in this survey give a score equal to or higher than 7/10.

There are no major changes in the priorities of the customers: frequencies, punctuality and comfort remain the most important aspects of the services. STIB/MIVB must therefore continue to focus on this aspects.

The additional staff in the metro stations and the new online purchase channel GO EASY improved the perception of safety (during the day) and the buying experience the most significantly.
