Tram 3, 7 – interruption

Works

The tracks of the new tram line NOH are being installed. These tracks must be connected to the actual network, next to the stop Heembeek. On this occasion, this stop is fully renewed and a third track is built between tunnel Léopold / Leopoldtunnel and the future junction between the tram NOH and the trams direction Heysel / Heizel and Esplanade.

Due to these works, trams 3 and 7 are interrupted from January 8^th until June 28^th 2024.

Tram 3

As of Sunday, January 7^th at 9PM and until June 28^th, the trams are diverted from the stop Docks Bruxsel to  line 7, and are replaced by a T-bus to Esplanade. Connection to the T-bus is ensured at this stop.

After the stop Docks Bruxsel, tram 3 continues on line 7 to Vanderkindere.

At Churchill, tram 3 continues on line 7 to Heysel / Heizel.

The stops between Heembeek and De Wand are still served by tram 7 (as of January 8^th)

Tram 7

As of Monday, January 8^th, and until June 28^th, tram 7 is interrupted between the stops Docks Bruxsel and Heembeek.

T-bus 3 connects both parts of line 7.

Stop Heembeek direction Heysel / Heizel is moved to the crossing with avenue des Pagodes / Pagodenlaan.

After the stop Docks Bruxsel, tram 7 continues on line 3 direction Churchill.

Next to the stop Churchill, tram 7 continues on line 3 direction Esplanade.
