Published on
From 28 November to 1 January, the heart of Brussels turns into an enchanting winter wonderland. Travel smoothly to Brussels' Christmas market by metro, tram and bus with contactless payment.
Your bank card is your ticket
Public transport offers you the best of both worlds: no worries about parking and enjoying a glass (or two) of mulled wine... Yes please. A win-winter wonders! Don't have a ticket yet? No worries, simply use your bank card or smartwatch. Scan your bank card or smartwatch directly on the metro, tram or bus and you're on your way. A journey with contactless payment only costs you €2.30, that's 50 cents less than a paper ticket.
Create your own itinerary
With a total of 250 chalets and a 2 km itinerary, Brussels' Christmas market is worth a visit. But where to begin and how to get there? The map below shows you the best stops to get off.
