Because of reconstruction works in rue du Bailli/Baljuwstraat, bus line 54 is diverted between the stops Ma Campagne and Bailli/Baljuw, via place Paul Janson/Paul Jansonplein and rue Defacqz/Defacqzstraat.

Rue du Bailli/Baljuwstraat is getting a makeover: a brand-new tram infrastructure, a redesigned public space, and calmer traffic. A real breath of fresh air for the neighbourhood!  

The works take place on the section between avenue Louise/Louizalaan and rue de Livourne/Livornostraat. They have an impact on the service of bus line 54 and bus line 96, which temporarily replaces trams 81 (partially) and 97. 

Bus 54

Bus 54 is diverted between stops Ma Campagne and Bailli/Baljuw, via place Paul Janson/Paul Jansonplein and rue Defacqz/Defacqzstraat. 

Affected stops: 

Direction Trône/Troon - Flagey 

  • Ma Campagne: chaussée de Waterloo/Waterloosesteenweg 349a, at the usual stop 
  • Janson: rue Defacqz/Defacqzstraat 146, replacing Trinité/Drievuldigheid 
  • Defacqz: avenue Louise/Louizalaan 151 
  • Bailli/Baljuw: traffic island in avenue Louise/Louizalaan, between rue du Bailli/Baljuwstraat and rue Lesbroussart/Lesbroussartstraat 

 

Direction Forest (Bervoets)/Vorst (Bervoets) - Neerstalle 

  • Bailli/Baljuw: avenue Louise / Louizalaan 184
  • Defacqz: avenue Louise/Louizalaan 158 
  • Janson: rue Defacqz/Defacqzstraat 131, replacing Trinité/Drievuldigheid 
  • Ma Campagne: avenue Ducpétiaux/Ducpétiauxlaan 13
