Confirm your e-mail address

In order to improve your experience and the security of your data in the STIB-MIVB app, you now need to confirm the e-mail address linked to your account.
Why?

  • To protect your account against unauthorised access
  • To ensure you receive updates, offers and important information
  • To make sure you have access to the digital tickets and MOBIB cards linked to your account

Want to keep access to your account? Remember to confirm your e-mail address as soon as possible.

 

Do you have or want to create an account in our mobile app using your e-mail address? Then this concerns you!

By the end of the year, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your e-mail address. Follow the instructions in the e-mail, so that your account is validated.

This will not affect your account details: your registered MOBIB cards or tickets purchased will remain available as before.

Why validate your account?

Do you wish to secure access to your digital tickets and MOBIB cards? Protect your account against unauthorised access? Validate your account now and stay connected in the app.

To do so, you have two options:

  • You can immediately click on the link in the validation e-mail: you're all set
  • You haven't taken any immediate action and you can no longer find the e-mail
    • In this case, go to the “Settings” tab in the app.
    • Select ‘’Edit my profile‘’ and click on the button to resend the validation e-mail.
    • Go to your mailbox and follow the instructions in the e-mail you received.
    • Go back to the app and log in.
