- Go to the "Buy" page and choose between the available season tickets and tickets. You can also buy or renew a MOBIB card.
- Add the products to your basket.
- Have your MOBIB card number, your bank card and if you want to activate your transport ticket immediately, a card reader at hand.
If you buy a season ticket, choose its start date.
Pay your purchase and you’re ready to activate your ticket.

You can pay with Bancontact and Maestro debit cards, and with Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

You can use the ticket you purchased on the website immediately by activating it first via a card reader and your MOBIB card. Or place your MOBIB card on a GO vending machine reader 30 minutes after your purchase. You can also activate your transport ticket via a validator the day after your purchase (if you bought the ticket before 10.00 pm).

You are free to choose the start date of your season ticket, on any day of the month. That means that the renewal date is also up to you to choose. You have planned a trip on the day your season ticket expires? Choose online a start date that best suits you. And pay only for what you need.

There are different ways to activate your transport ticket:
- Via a card reader
- Via a GO vending machine (available 30 minutes after your purchase)
- Via a validator (available the morning after your purchase if you bought your ticket before 10.00 pm)
In case of a technical issue on our website, please contact our Customer Care via the contact form and attach the proof of payment to your request.

If you haven’t received your MOBIB card after ordering it online, we recommend visiting one of our BOOTIKs within 30 days of your initial order.
Our colleagues will then be able to provide you with a new card free of charge.
If you come after this 30-day period, a duplicate card will be issued at a cost of €10.
