BOOTIK

6 commercial agencies personally welcome you. If you are a new customer, you can obtain your first season ticket in our BOOTIK. Besides the complete range of season tickets and the delivery of free and social season tickets (Abo J, RIS, BIM and 65+), you will also receive all the information you need about your journey in Brussels.

In order to offer you a reliable and personal service during the opening hours, the queue could exceptionally be closed before the closing time of the BOOTIK in busy periods.

Our BOOTIK agencies are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

GO

The GO ticket vending machines are present in every underground station and the most important bus and tram stops all over Brussels. They allow you to purchase your tickets and STIB, PRRB, MTB and school season tickets whenever you need (available 24/7).

KIOSK

14 ticket offices in the most important underground stations offer you the possibility to quickly purchase your tickets and to renew your season tickets. What's more, they will also answer all your questions. If you already have a MOBIB card, you can buy your season tickets there.
