Can I use this ticket everywhere?
Yes indeed, a STIB-MIVB 1 journey ticket is valid on the entire STIB-MIVB network (bus, tram and metro), except on bus line 12 when departing from Brussels Airport and heading to Brussels city centre: in this particular case you need to buy a Airport2City ticket.
What if I need to change between lines?
No problem at all. Your STIB-MIVB 1 journey ticket allows you to directly change from one line to another. Please note that you can change between lines during 1 hour after the first validation. You’ll need to validate your ticket again at each connection.

How long is it valid?
Once validated, the ticket remains valid till end of service, including on our night bus service Noctis, which means till about 3 am the next morning. After first validation, you’re entitled to an unlimited number of journeys within the validity period.

Where in the airport can I purchase this ticket?
Go to level 0 of Brussels Airport. The GO vending machines, which also deliver Airport2City tickets, are located in the airport hall, right before the exit. You’ll also find GO vending machines on platform C, the departure zone of the Airport Line buses.

Once validated, the ticket remains valid for 1 hour.

DID YOU KNOW THIS?
As its name implies, a Airport2City 1 journey ticket is required for a journey with bus line 12 from Brussels Airport into Brussels city centre. For the journey in the other direction, taking you from Brussels city to Brussels Airport, a regular STIB-MIVB ticket will do just fine.
