If you have lost your personal MOBIB card (with photo), we advise you to go to one of our BOOTIK sales outlets to get a duplicate of your card for €10. You will immediately be provided with a new card loaded with the tickets or season tickets that were on your previous card.
You will find a list of our BOOTIK sales outlets, with their opening times, on our website.You can also order a duplicate online: you will then receive the new card by post within 5 working days.

You have just lost it and you have some time to spare? If your tram or bus is not too far from its terminus, you can wait until it comes back in the opposite direction. You can then ask the driver directly if they have found your item.
If you lost it a while ago, you can fill in our contact form to report your loss.
Items that are difficult to identify or differentiate (everyday clothes, keys, mobile phones, etc.) are not registered. For these items, you will need to go to the Lost and found office at the Botanique/Kruidtuin station (open Mondays and Wednesdays from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm). Given the time required to collect and catalogue items, we advise you to wait 5 days before going to the office. -
Simply hand it in to a member of STIB-MIVB staff on our network or at one of our sales outlets. Our colleagues will deliver it to the Lost and found office.
