STIB-MIVB is committed to protecting your privacy and your personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Data”). We aim to ensure that you can use our services with complete trust and transparency. For this reason, we would like to provide you with as much information as possible via this Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”).

This Privacy Policy applies to all the services offered by STIB-MIVB, as well as its websites and apps, and any document or information notice referring to this Privacy Policy. It does not apply to sites, applications and services that have dedicated Privacy policies or privacy notices that do not incorporate or refer to this Privacy Policy. 

The data controller responsible for the processing of your data is STIB-MIVB:

To whom does this Privacy Policy apply?

This Privacy Policy applies when STIB-MIVB processes your data as:

 

  • (Former) customer: if you are a regular or occasional user of our network, regardless of the transport ticket you use.
  • Business to business partner: if you are one of our suppliers or professional customers as a natural person or if you act as a contact or representative for one of our suppliers or professional customers.
  • Third party: if you are in contact with STIB-MIVB in another capacity, for example via the website, by holding an account on one of the STIB-MIVB applications, via social networks, in the context of an administrative fine or additional fare, as a local resident, etc.
