With whom do we share your data?

- In compliance with the joint decree and ordinance of 16 May 2019 relating to administrative transparency in Brussels institutions, the data of natural person suppliers falling under the conditions referred to in the aforementioned legislation are communicated annually to Datastore.brussels. Transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area
In certain cases, your data may be transferred to countries that do not guarantee the same level of data protection. In such cases, we comply with the applicable legal provisions and case law (in particular decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union), the signing of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries (2021/914), the use of approved binding corporate rules, etc.
