How to order a Collecto taxi?
To book your Collecto taxi you can:
- Either download the Collecto app (Android or iPhone)
- Or call 02 800 36 36
You can order your Collecto taxi whenever you like. A word to the wise: do not wait till the last minute to book your ride. You’ll need to allow 20 minutes for your taxi to arrive.
Information you need to supply to book your Collecto taxi
- Name of the STIB-MIVB stop
- Preferred pick-up time: either the hour or the hour and a half
- Number of persons (maximum 4)
- Your contact details
Collecto will also ask if you have a STIB-MIVB season ticket or not.
How much is a Collecto shared taxi ride?
With a STIB-MIVB season ticket: € 5.00
Without a STIB-MIVB season ticket: € 6.00

Where to find a Collecto stop?
Collecto has 200 stops all over Brussels. You’ll find Collecto pick-up points at metro stations, at bus and tram stops and at SNCB-NMBS train stations. The most frequently used Collecto stops are:
- Gare du Nord/Noordstation
- Gare Centrale/Centraal Station
- Gare du Midi/Zuidstation
- De Brouckère
- The Plaine campus – ULB/VUB
