We have a French and a Dutch page. Both were created in 2010 and the team Social Media manages the pages and answers all your STIB-MIVB related questions. We advice you to use this channel when major disturbances (manifestations, snow, ...) are occurring and you wish to be informed in real time.
We are online every workday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. You can expect answers and replies during this period. We do however extend our opening hours to offer you as much information and assistance as possible during major disturbances on our network.
We have a multilingual account, @STIBMIVB (www.twitter.com/stibmivb), which we use to warn you about major unpredictable disturbances, more specifically on our tram and metro networks. On this channel, we answer your questions and post information about STIB-MIVB news.
We post our info 7 days a week, between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. You can also ask us questions, which we answer every workday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This is the network (www.linkedin.com/company/stibmivb) we use to spread information as an employer. This channel highlights the vacancies for which we are looking for candidates.
Of course, you can also find answers and join discussion groups on our channel.
By surfing on our blog stibstories.be (mivbstories.be in Dutch), you will discover various themes going from our usual topics such as mobility in Brussels, to the role of public transport or a specific incident analysis. We also use this medium to tell social and human stories about our travellers or STIB-MIVB colleagues.
Finally, we also post the views and opinions of experts (STIB-MIVB or not) on our blog.
Our YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/stibormivb) contains each video we post on our other channels. This is where you can watch small documentaries, campaigns or portraits of our STIB-MIVB workers.
Do you have a suggestion or comment? Please let us know through one of our channels.
We post and repost the most beautiful pictures of our network on our Instagram page (www.instagram.com/stibmivb).
Post yours along with the hashtag #stib or #mivb so that we might notice your publication!
