Find STIB-MIVB on various social networks
By using different channels, our aim is to inform you about the situation on our network, for instance when an unpredictable incident occurs. Moreover, through our social networks, we answer also your questions and complaints. All in all, we want to open a dialogue with you and keep you in the loop. This way, we offer concrete solutions through our replies, but also more information about our network in general.
Besides our colleagues, our fans and followers are our best sources of information when travelling on the network. Did you notice a defective GO vending machine? Did you find waste in a station? Do you wish to share a suggestion with us? Please let us know! We guarantee a systematic follow-up of every message addressed to our company.
We try to find a solution to each problem and to keep you informed afterwards.

We have a French and a Dutch page. Both were created in 2010 and the team Social Media manages the pages and answers all your STIB-MIVB related questions. We advice you to use this channel when major disturbances (manifestations, snow, ...) are occurring and you wish to be informed in real time.
We are online every workday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. You can expect answers and replies during this period. We do however extend our opening hours to offer you as much information and assistance as possible during major disturbances on our network.
We have a multilingual account, @STIBMIVB (www.twitter.com/stibmivb), which we use to warn you about major unpredictable disturbances, more specifically on our tram and metro networks. On this channel, we answer your questions and post information about STIB-MIVB news.
We post our info 7 days a week, between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. You can also ask us questions, which we answer every workday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This is the network (www.linkedin.com/company/stibmivb) we use to spread information as an employer. This channel highlights the vacancies for which we are looking for candidates.
Of course, you can also find answers and join discussion groups on our channel.
Blog
By surfing on our blog stibstories.be (mivbstories.be in Dutch), you will discover various themes going from our usual topics such as mobility in Brussels, to the role of public transport or a specific incident analysis. We also use this medium to tell social and human stories about our travellers or STIB-MIVB colleagues.
Finally, we also post the views and opinions of experts (STIB-MIVB or not) on our blog.
Youtube
Our YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/stibormivb) contains each video we post on our other channels. This is where you can watch small documentaries, campaigns or portraits of our STIB-MIVB workers.
